After Winning the Euro U21 Championship recently, it’s further confirmation that England are producing top players as well as any nation in World Football right now. The England DNA, the Academy system, the re-structure of Coaching Licences, the education towards grass roots coaches, money spent on facilities etc is all heading in the right direction. The Game has changed massively in England, the old School English way of playing has now merged with a much greater understanding of skill development along the 4 corner model. It’s all coming together nicely and there is going to be some unbelievable Footballers coming through in years to come.
It has been a privilege to spend the last three weeks with two Coaches that have bean at the forefront of this work. We are so appreciative of them sharing their knowledge and experience and we look forward to continuing this successful relationship.
